If I am afraid of something I will do every thing I can to try and protect myself from that thing. As a spiritual being I might be a little disappointed within myself for hiding out behind this protection, so I may go to extraordinary lengths to manifest events in my life that will expose my protection and help me find my fears. This is where life can become chaotic. For example, if I have a fear of not been loved and appreciated, I may choose to fall in love with and even marry a person who withholds love and appreciation from me. And guess what divorce court will not solve my problem untill I heal myself. I remenber reading an phenomenal women in her late 20's who was so depressed because all of her three husbands, which had married and divorced had cheated on her. Self-healing begins with the process of trusting youself, and validating the life we have created in present time.

Before a reading I ask the readee to write down their question(s), especially the ones they really want to know about. This helps the readee set their vibration for the reading and not just become a passive listner. If you know what you want from your reading, even if you have your doubts that you can obtain this goal, then you are at a good starting place. It's amazing how easy creating something is when you can raise your vibration, believe you can have it, and let it come into existance.

Being on your spiritual path feels great. You know it, you feel it. There is a sense in this state of knowing your purpose this lifetime, and not having to control the outcome in our lives. In a way it is like the fun and freedom that most of us experienced at one time in our early childhood. By the time we graduate to audulthood some of us
have a little less clarity on our personal and spiritual goals. The seperation of who we are as a spiritual being and what we are creating in our lives is painfull and often results in disharmony and drama. I am oftened amazed at what we (myself included here :) will create in our lives to reflect the lack of communication that is happening between our spiritual being and our daily lives. So how do we as sensitive beings realize and remain true to our spiritual goals? It starts by raising our vibration on a daily basis. Self-love, self-respect and validation for what we have created this far is often a good start.
In a spiritual reading I will say "hello" to you as spirit and help you in the validation process. It gives you a chance to see why you have created what you have, and gives you a chance to focus on what you want the desired outcome can be.
